Return and exchange policy
I’m always happy to process returns or exchanges when the request is genuine and for the right reason. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on sale items (diptychs and triptychs are not counted as sale items).
Please note that prints can sometimes appear slightly different in person compared to their online representation. I do my best to present the artwork as accurately as possible, but variations in colour and texture may occur. If you’re unsatisfied with the quality, have size concerns, or simply changed your mind, please reach out to me at Julia@auwildflowers.art or via the Contact form before returning any item. Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.
This policy covers 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After that, I’m unable to offer a refund.
What to Do If the Print Arrives Damaged
Save all original packaging.
Take clear photos of the damage to both the item and packaging.
Email Julia@auwildflowers.art with your order details and a description of the issue.
I’ll get back to you within two business days to discuss the next steps.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
