Strength in Stillness
Long after the vibrant flowers have faded, the weathered structures of Banksias remain. Stripped of their colour and softness, they reveal intricate forms, sculptural textures and a quiet beauty of their own.
Yet what appears to be the end may be another beginning. Within the woody follicles of many Banksias, seeds can remain protected for years, waiting for the heat of a bushfire to release them. What seems like destruction becomes an opportunity for new life.
Stillness is not the end. Sometimes, it is where new beginnings wait.

Not every season is meant for growth.
Sometimes there is strength in simply remaining. In allowing time to pass without demanding progress, without constantly striving to become something more.
What appears dormant may still hold the promise of new beginnings.
And perhaps, sometimes, being still is enough.
